A summer like no other!

London Stadium solidified its reputation as the most versatile multi-use venue in the world this summer, showcasing its extraordinary ability to seamlessly transition between a diverse range of world-class events across different entertainment and sports genres.

Kicking off the summer, London Stadium welcomed back the MLB World Tour: London Series, where the Philadelphia Phillies faced off against the New York Mets for two games that delivered on all the entertainment and drama of baseball. Transforming into a state-of-the-art Ballpark took just 16 days from the end of the football season, bringing the excitement of America's pastime to the heart of Europe.

Shortly after the cheers of baseball fans faded, the venue underwent a dramatic transformation to host two dates of the Foo Fighters' 'Everything or Nothing at All' Tour. As one of the most iconic rock bands of all time, Foo Fighters' performance highlighted the venue's capacity to deliver an unparalleled experience across the two sold-out shows.

Adding to the musical diversity, Burna Boy returned for his 'I Told Them' tour,  bringing a different energy to London Stadium, as the global Afrobeat superstar delivered his unique blend of African rhythms and contemporary sounds. This event underscores the venue's global appeal, attracting artists and fans from all corners of the world.

For the third consecutive year, Monster Jam roared back into London Stadium, thrilling audiences with its high-octane mix of massive trucks, jaw-dropping stunts, and adrenaline-fueled action. This event exemplifies the stadium's ability to host large-scale motorsport spectacles, transforming its grounds into a dirt-packed arena designed for monster truck mayhem.

Athletics fans were delighted with the return of London Athletics Meet 2024, just ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympics. Drawing in elite athletes from around the globe, this event enjoyed a capacity increase to 60,000 this year to accommodate the incredible demand for tickets, reaffirming London Stadium's place on the international athletics stage.

As the summer of events winds down, the stadium gets ready to host West Ham United for the Premier League season. The swift transition back to a football mode, with pristine pitch preparation and seating transitions, showcase the venue's exceptional versatility.
