LIAM GALLAGHER AND FLORENCE AND THE MACHINE TO JOIN ROLLING STONES AT LONDON STADIUM

The Rolling Stones have added even more star power to their pair of shows at London Stadium, with Liam Gallagher and Florence and the Machine confirmed to open at the venue in May.

Gallagher will take to the London Stadium stage on Tuesday 22 May, and Florence and the Machine are set to perform on Friday 25 May, as The Rolling Stones kick off the UK leg of their No Filter tour.

Gallagher released his debut solo album ‘As You Were’ in October of last year, which went on to be certified Platinum, and will return to the UK following a run of dates in the United States.

The former Oasis singer was voted the greatest frontman of all time by Q Magazine in 2012, and embarked on a critically acclaimed UK arena tour in December.

Florence Welch became the first British female to headline Glastonbury, with Florence and the Machine’s booking at the festival in 2015.

The London-based six piece are set to release their fourth studio album in June - High as Hope - with first single Sky Full Of Song available to listen to now.

Their show at London Stadium could see the band perform new material in the UK for the very first time.

Limited tickets and hospitality remain on sale direct from london-stadium.com, including a small number of gold circle tickets across both nights.
