Q: Do you have an alternative solution for people with accessible needs?

  • A shuttle bus for disabled patrons will run to Bridge 3 from:

• Stratford Station – Platform 13 (Jubilee Line

• Stratford International Station

• Stadium: Bridge 3, Marshgate Lane, E20 2ST

 

Q: Are bags allowed into the Stadium?

  • Only small bags will be permitted (size A4).  There are lockers in Westfield.

 

Q: Can I bring snacks/food into the Stadium?

  • No food or drink may be brought into the Stadium. Small empty bottles (without lids) will be permitted to use at the water refill stations in and around the stadium.

 

Q: Can I bring sunscrean and other small items in my bag?

  • You may bring sunscreen and other small personal items such as perfume, hygeine products or phone charger / battery packs in your bag, all bags will be subject to a search and any prohibited items will be removed before entry. We have no left luggage or storage for bags. 

 

Q: Do i need to bring ID to purchase alcohol?

 

Q: Is there parking at the Stadium?

  • There is no parking at the Stadium.  Nearest car park is located at Westfield, Stratford

There is also a Multi Storey Car Park on Waterden Road.   Illegally parked vehicles may be removed.

  • Roads around the Stadium will be closed from 2pm to midnight.
  • The London Aquatics Centre car park will be closed from 5pm on both days.

 

Q: Do you have parking for Blue Badge Holders

  • Blue Badge Parking for both shows of The Weeknd is now sold out.

 

Q: I have purchased Blue Badge Parking, but I haven’t received any further information

The service will operate from 30mins before gate opening times until 1hr post event. Further details on the location at Stratford Station.

 

 

  • At Bridge 3, London Stadium will have Park Champions who will be able to assist accessible ticket holders getting to seats for the event as this is the dedicated accessibility entrance. 

 

TRAVEL UPDATES 

***PLEASE NOTE*** The Blackwall Tunnel will is closed to southbound traffic from midnight Saturday 8 July until Monday 10 July 05:00hrs. 

Ticket holders are advised to check their journey before travel, and plan accordingly to get the best out of their experience. Resources are available such as TfL's Journey Planner or the TfL Go app and the National Rail website

PLAN YOUR VISIT 

The concerts should finish by 22:30 on Friday 7 and Saturday 8. Please be aware the walking journey to the main Stratford Regional Station can take up to 80 minutes post-event. London Stadium is within walking distance of a number of transport hubs, see the Stadium’s ‘Getting Here’ page for more information here

Parking

  • There is no additional car parking for this event and it is strongly recommended that you do not try and park near the stadium in any local car parks as there will be robust parking enforcement in place.
  • Only those with booked blue badge parking spaces may access blue badge parking.
  • A reminder that London Stadium is a public transport venue and there is no public car parking at London Stadium, other than blue badge parking.
  • The closest car parks to London Stadium are situated at Stratford Westfield. Please note, it may take up to 2 hours to leave this car park between 10pm and 1am on event nights.

Blue Badge Parking is by booking only, so please do not attempt to enter if you have not already pre-booked. 

Please note that roads for Blue Badge Parking will re-open 30 minutes post event, so please be patient while our team manage traffic as you make your way out of the Blue Badge parking area.

FOOD AND DRINK
Wondering where you can fill up on food and drink at London Stadium? Reusable water bottles for personal use will be permitted and drinking water locations can be found on the concourse once inside, however large bags and hampers containing food and drink will not be allowed inside the venue. You will find tasty meals, snacks and treats at our kiosks, plus there’s the West Ham Coffee Co in the Stadium Store.

A reminder that the Stadium is fully cashless, so make sure you have the correct payment method to hand when making purchases.

Free Stadium WIFI means that you can connect with stable and fast speeds throughout the concourse and in bowl – join LSFreeWIFI and enter your details to connect. 

MERCHANDISE
We recommend to only purchase from official merchandisers, who will be identifiable with Stadium branding. Official Merch is located on the way to the Stadium at the London Aquatics Centre, within the Stadium Island and on the Stadium concourse.

As one of the major venues on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London Stadium shares with the Park the philosophy of being a venue for all. The Stadium takes pride in providing a dedicated service to all our guests, football supporters and concert-goers. The following closures will be in place three hours before the event. These will be in place for approx. 2 hours post-event.

•  Montfitchet Road
•  Pool Street
•  Sidings Street 
•  Marshgate Lane (adjacent to the Stadium) 

GROUND REGULATIONS 
A reminder to all attendees, it is a requirement under the Ground Regulations to show your ticket to Stadium staff if requested, including any digital tickets. Non-compliance could result in refusal of entry or ejection, so please do ensure you can access your ticket at all times.

SEARCH AND BAG POLICIES
Avoid delays - please don't bring bags to the venue. All bags will be subject to a search regime. Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted, and there are no left luggage facilities. All visitors may be searched - please have your coats open and remove hats at search areas. Please note any confiscated will not be stored for collection post-match.
