Please allow 30 minutes to get into the Stadium after arriving at the Park. Ticket and security checks will be in operation.
Please be aware the walking journey to the main Stratford Regional Station can take up to 90 minutes post-event.
The walking route to Stratford Regional Station involves a Stop and Go sign and staff system to regulate customers into the Station. Please cooperate with staff as they manage your journey home.

Accessible Shuttle Bus Service
For those who require it, an Accessible Shuttle Bus Service will run from next to Platform 13, which is served directly by the Jubilee Line, at Stratford Station to the Stadium. There is step-free access from all lines to Platform 13.
The shuttle service timings are: 10.00am until 6:30pm

The Accessible Shuttle Bus will drop off and pick up at the London Stadium on Marshgate Lane to Bridge 3 (North West side of Stadium).
Please be aware that demand for the return shuttle bus service immediately after the event will be high and at this time there may be a delay in boarding a shuttle service. At busy times the service may be limited to one companion per wheelchair user. Immediately after the event has finished a vehicle curfew is put in place by the stadium safety officer, this means the shuttle buses may not be able to operate for around 30 minutes until is it safe to do so.

Accessibility – Blue Badge Parking
Please note: Blue Badge Parking is sold out for the events. The accessible entrance is via Bridge 3 where you will find assistance on all accessible matters. Post event, Blue Badge Parking can take up to 30 minutes to exit due to road closures, please be patient with staff who will assist as quickly as possible.

Ticketing
If you purchased via this email, you will have received an email from TX.IS with instructions on how to claim your downloadable tickets. Download TX.IS and enter your email and your tickets will automatically be on the app. This is your ticket for entry.
If you have not received tickets, and purchased via London Stadium, please email ticketing@london-stadium.com.
If you did not purchase your tickets through London Stadium and have not received your tickets, please go back to your point of purchase.
Search and bag policies
Please travel light; large bags or luggage will not be permitted into the venue.
If you need to bring a bag with you please ensure that it is small enough to store under your seat. Small handbags and rucksacks no larger than A4 (30cm x 20cm x 20cm) will be allowed. There are no bag or luggage storage areas at the stadium.
Our security provision for the event will include searching so please allow extra time to get to the venue as a full bag and body search will be in operation.
Prohibited Items
Certain items are not allowed into the Stadium in the interests of Health and Safety including but not limited to:
Large bags, alcoholic beverages, aerosol cans, weapons, ammunition, firearms, explosives, pyrotechnics, gas cylinders, glass including perfume bottles, cans, knives, horns, air horns, vuvuzelas, whistles, drums, musical instruments, fireworks, flares, large flags/banners, offensive messaging, helium balloons, selfie sticks, smoke grenades, drones, laser devices, strobe lights, illegal drugs, balls, frisbees, bicycles, rollarblades, skates, scooters, segways or any other item which in our reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to the event or to any other person (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes).
Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the Stadium. Any article that might be used as a weapon is deemed to be offensive or abusive, or compromise public safety, will be confiscated and reported to the Police.

Spectator Etiquette
Please be respectful of those around you by ensuring that you do not obstruct their view or cause any unnecessary inconvenience.
Please keep noise to a minimum during track starts and respect the athletes at all times.
Cameras and Binoculars Policy
We understand that amateur photography is part of the enjoyment when attending live athletics. We know we have the world’s most passionate and knowledgeable spectators, and as such we want them to be able to take home as many memories of top class athletics as possible.
Cameras (and accompanying camera bags no bigger than 30cm x 20cm) with a maximum lens length of six inches are permitted – if you have a lens length that extends beyond six inches we politely request that you keep to this length as a maximum so to not block the view of those next to or behind you in the stadium. Failure to do so will result in potential ejection from the event.
Video camcorders and audio equipment are not allowed into the venue. iPads, binoculars and accompanying carry cases are permitted.
Professional camera equipment (including tripods and monopods) can only be used by accredited photographers and are not permitted in spectator areas.
Any pictures, images or footage must be for personal use only.
Food and Drink
Food and drink kiosks will be open in and around the stadium carrying a range of options including burgers, fish and chips, sandwiches, bagels, salads, hot & cold drinks and meal deal options to suit every taste. For those with a sweet tooth, popcorn, sweets and ice cream will also be available.
There are a number of bars around the stadium serving a range of drinks including non-alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.
There are also water fountains located on the outer concourse of the stadium. Water fountains can be found in between blocks 103 – 104 and between blocks 112 – 113. They can also be found near block 116, block 120, block 125, block 127, block 133, block 137, block 143, block 150, block 156, block 201 and block 215. For more information please speak to the nearest steward.
The London Stadium is a cashless venue with card payments only accepted at all food and drink kiosks. Please note that American Express cards are not accepted.
A small amount of cold food for personal consumption can be brought into the stadium. Sealed plastic bottles of water or juice 500ml or under are permitted. No glass bottles, cans, flasks or picnic hampers are allowed including metal cutlery. Refillable water bottles including hard sided bottles are permitted with a maximum capacity of 500ml.
Any items brought into the stadium should be contained within the permitted A4 bag size (30cm x 20cm x 20cm)
Strictly no alcohol is allowed to be brought into the venue.
Transport and Travel

Please check travel information before you leave home. Guests travelling by bus to London Stadium can do so by a variety of TFL services. For the latest travel advice visit www.nationalrail.co.uk or www.tfl.gov.uk.
The easiest and quickest mode of travel to events at London Stadium is by public transport.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning to drive to the London Stadium on 20 July, please be advised that the southbound Blackwall Tunnel will be closed.
Transport for London expects roads and alternative river crossing in east and central London to be extremely busy with long delays. Please plan your route well in advance and allow plenty of extra time.

There is no parking at London Stadium and there will be road closures in place all day in roads around the stadium. Blue Badge Parking at the London Stadium is now SOLD OUT. For more accessible information please visit here.
There is a black cab taxi rank at Stratford Station. If you order an Uber or regulated mini cab they will have to pick you up outside the road closure system which closes Westfield Avenue, Montfichet Road and Marshgate Lane.

Crowd Movement
A comprehensive road closure process is in place around major events in order to prevent conflict between vehicles and people. The London Stadium operates a managed exit/egress crowd management system during such times. The managed egress involves hold-and-release points to manage crowd flows. Spectators are encouraged post event to move towards the main transport hubs at Stratford stations.
Generally, the egress (exit) of the crowd is complete within an hour. a normal walk to Stratford Station would take 20 -25 minutes. Stadium staff will be on duty at all hold-and-release points to provide reassurance and guidance, using Stop and Go signs. These are in place to ensure spectator safety and security. We appreciate your co-operation.
Merchandise
Official merchandise will be available in the Spectator Village between Bridges 1 + 2, and in the venue at Blocks 130 + 142.

Baby Changing Facilities and Buggy Storage
Baby Changing Facilities are available on each level of the stadium. Simply ask one of the stewarding team for the closest baby change location to your seat.
Baby Changing Facilities can be found near Block 126, Block 134, Block 144 and Block 152.
Buggy’s can be stored inside the stadium in the dedicated buggy stores near block 131, block 136 and block 155.
First Aid Rooms
First aid rooms are available inside the London Stadium with rooms near block 102, block 118, block 132 and block 149.
Lost and Found
Please report all lost and found property to the nearest steward or member of staff at the stadium. If you are no longer at the venue, please email info@london-stadium.com
Any found items will be kept for two weeks, before being discarded.
London Stadium is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please be aware that strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, special effects and fireworks may be used at this event.
