Get ready to jam with Monster Jam!

Please find important venue information below to make your day as enjoyable as possible, from planning your visit to ticketing information and more on our Stadium facilities. Follow our channels for the most up-to-date information on event day:

 

TIMINGS

Date: Saturday 13 July, 2024

Location: London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

If you’ve got Pit Party tickets, the party starts from at 10.30 and ends at 13.15. Please note that there are no more Pit Party tickets available via London Stadium.

The main Monster Jam show starts at 15.00, with doors for general admission opening at 13.30.

Please note, once you enter for the Pit Party there is no re-entry over any bridge until after the main event finishes. You will have access to all the venue amenities including toilets, water points and seating, with food and beverage kiosks on the concourse and Stadium island, but this ticket will not allow re-entry once scanned in.

This also applies if only attending the main Monster Jam show. Once your tickets have been scanned, there is no re-entry over any bridge.

Accessibility – Blue Badge Parking

Please note: Blue Badge Parking is sold out for the events. The accessible entrance is via Bridge 3 where you will find assistance on all accessible matters. Post event, Blue Badge Parking can take up to 30 minutes to exit due to road closures, please be patient with staff who will assist as quickly as possible. 

Free Accessibility Shuttle Bus Service 

  • There will be an accessible shuttle service operating on event day, that will be running on rotation from Platform 13 Stratford (Jubilee line) and dropping fans with accessibility requirements off at Bridge 3 at London Stadium.
  • There is only room for one companion per fan with accessibility requirements on the shuttle service.
  • They will be met by Park champions who will offer a wheelchair resource to their seats. This is subject to availability. Park champions are not allowed to personally push fans with accessibility requirements – this must be done by a companion of the fan with accessibility requirements.
  • Please note that the shuttle service back to Stratford and Blue Badge Parking will re-open when our Safety team deem it fit for the service to run (approx. 45 minutes post event), so please be patient while our team manage traffic.
  • For customers arriving to Bridge 1 we will have a limited number of wheelchairs available for those who ask for assistance into the Stadium (subject to availability). 
  • For Egress customers are to meet at turnstiles E + K post event, where fans will be chaperoned to either Bridge 1 or Bridge 3. 

The Accessible Shuttle Bus (times shared below) will be in operation from 10:00 from the following locations: 

  • Stratford Station – Platform 13 (Jubilee Line)
  • Stadium: Bridge 3, Marshgate Lane, E20 2ST                                
  • What3words Bridge 3 location: brains.snack.farms

WEATHER

Monster Jam will happen in all weather condition so come prepared! You will be sheltered in the stadium under the roof, but your journey to the stadium may be in the open so plan accordingly. Please note, you may bring telescopic umbrellas but please no golf umbrellas! 

 

FOOD AND DRINK

Wondering where you can fill up on food and drink at London Stadium? Reusable water bottles for personal use will be permitted and drinking water locations can be found on the concourse once inside, with small amounts of food allowed for young families. Large bags and hampers containing food and drink will not be allowed inside the venue. You will find tasty meals, snacks and treats at our kiosks throughout the concourses and on the Stadium island.

 

CASHLESS STADIUM

A reminder that the Stadium is fully cashless, so make sure you have the correct payment method to hand when making purchases.

 

FREE STADIUM WIFI

Free Stadium WiFi means that you can connect with stable and fast speeds throughout the concourse and in the bowl – join LSFreeWIFI and enter your details to connect.

How will you get here to see Monster Jam? There are loads of handy transport links. See which Tubes, trains and buses to take so you don’t have the hassle of having to find somewhere to park your car (or truck). Take a look at London Stadium’s ‘Getting Here’ page by clicking here.

Attendees are advised to check their journeys before travel, with resources such as TfL's Journey PlannerTfL Go app or the National Rail website helping to avoid any works across the transport network.

A reminder that London Stadium is a public transport venue and there is no public car parking at London Stadium other than blue badge parking.

 

TICKETING

On event day (13 July) if you have not received tickets, whether purchased through London Stadium or Ticketmaster, please proceed to box offices between Bridges 5 & 4 to resolve.

 

IF YOU PURCHASED VIA LONDON STADIUM…

You will have received an email from https://tx.is/ with instructions on how to claim your downloadable tickets. Download TX.IS and enter your email and your tickets will automatically be on the app. This is your ticket for entry.


Please add hello@tx.is to your Safe Senders list and look out for the email.

As you will be using phones for your tickets, please remember to:

  • Charge your phone fully before you set off to the Stadium
  • Make sure to have the TX.IS app ready with your tickets open and ready before you enter the turnstiles
  • Remember to increase the brightness of your screen so your code will scan easily

                     

PIT PARTY ACCESS

Please note, once you enter for the Pit Party there is no re-entry over any bridge until after the main event finishes. You will have access to all the venue amenities including toilets, water points and seating, with food and beverage kiosks on the concourse and Stadium island, but this ticket will not allow re-entry once scanned in.  

Please head for Bridge 2, Turnstile L, doors will be open from 10:30 to Pit Party - please ensure you have both your main event and Pit Party Pass tickets ready. They’ll all be checked and scanned at the same time.

Please note, anyone with accessible needs accessing the Pit Party, entrance is via Turnstile L which is a ramp down into the main bowl area. Access back to for re-entry will be via lifts to the rear of the bowl area. 

If anyone in your party is not attending the Pit Party, but only going to the main event, please forward their main event tickets to them via the TX.IS app. They will need to head to the Bridge & Turnstile noted on their main event tickets, and their tickets can be scanned from 13:30.

Please note, one Pit Party Pass is needed per person attending, and you also need the equivalent number of main event tickets. Access to the Pit Party ceases from 13:15 – therefore if you arrive after that please go to the main event Bridge stipulated on your ticket!

 

IF YOU PURCHASED VIA TICKETMASTER…

Your tickets are Mobile Entry, so your phone is your ticket. Please make sure to follow the instructions below before leaving for your event to ensure that your tickets can be scanned for entry, even if phone or Wi-Fi signal is poor at the venue.

If you already saved your tickets to your Wallet, you'll need to delete the saved tickets from your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, and download them again from the Ticketmaster App or your online account via the mobile web browser. This will ensure that you have the most up to date version of the ticket and a valid barcode.

1. Download or update to the latest version of the Ticketmaster iPhone app here or the Android app here.
2. From the app, find your order in My Events.
3. Save your tickets to your digital wallet by tapping add to wallet or GPay Save to phone. Screenshots of your barcodes won’t get you in.

If you’re an international fan, you must access your tickets by signing into your online account through a mobile web browser and not the app.

If you’ve already sold or transferred your tickets or are no longer attending the event, then no action is required.
 

MONSTER JAM – MAIN EVENT!

Access to the main show – doors will be open at 13:30 with show start time at 15:00.

 

ROAD CLOSURES

The following closures will be in place from 10am until approximately 8pm on Saturday 13 July. 

  • From 1200 Westfield Avenue
  • Montfitchet Road
  • Pool Street
  • Sidings Street
  • Marshgate Lane (adjacent to the Stadium)

Please note, car park A at Westfield Stratford City remains accessible throughout.

 

GROUND REGULATIONS

A reminder to all attendees, it is a requirement under the Ground Regulations to show your ticket to Stadium staff if requested, including any digital tickets. Non-compliance could result in refusal of entry or ejection, so please do ensure you can access your ticket at all times.

SEARCH AND BAG POLICIES

Avoid delays – please don’t bring bags to the venue. All bags will be subject to a search regime. Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted, and there are no left luggage facilities. All visitors may be searched – please have your coats open and remove hats at search areas. Please note any confiscated items will not be stored for collection post-match.

 

PUSHCHAIRS AND BUGGY STORAGE

There will be storage facilities available on site for buggies and pushchairs, please ask stewards on arrival or make your way to blocks 131, 136, 155 to the dedicated storage locations.
